As I look out my window there is the towering Cleavland Ledge Lighthouse, Over the years I've often passed it in my boat. It used to send a brilliant beam of light into my bedroom as the beacon swept arount, but some one took the powerful bulb out and replaced it with a 40 watt bulb that shows little light.
